Active since I was a kid and I never stopped

I started moving at 4 years old with ballet and discovered the gym at 15, never stopped. Movement was never a phase for me, it became a lifelong curiosity and passion.

Physiotherapy shaped how I see the body

I graduated as a physiotherapist in Brazil in 2009 and started my Pilates training the same year, learning early on that pain is never just about one body part.

Dubai taught me how to guide people, not just treat them

After five years of experience, I moved to Dubai and spent seven years teaching group Pilates classes at Jumeirah Group Hotels, guiding people with very different bodies, needs, and levels.

Strength training became part of my profession

My long-time love for the gym evolved into professional training. I became a certified personal trainer, learning how to build strength, symmetry, and confidence without ignoring limitations.

Today, I combine physiotherapy, Pilates, and strength training into a fun, effective, and realistic approach. I don’t treat “lower back pain”, I guide people. I look at the whole body, the lifestyle, and the goals, so movement actually improves life.

Online LIVE group classes: move, train, and feel supported from home

Live classes following the MOVE 2 IMPROVE method, combining a short physiotherapy-based warm-up with Pilates and strength training using free weights. You’ll train live, stay motivated, and move safely from home. Camera on is optional for real-time guidance and motivation. The classes are not personalized and are ideal if you enjoy training with others, need accountability, or want to feel part of a community. Finally the group classes vibes
