This is how the Move 2 Improve Classes work

Do I need to be pain-free to join?

No. The classes are injury-aware and designed to help you move safely. You should be able to follow instructions and respect your limits.

Are the classes personalized?

No. These are guided group classes, not personalized mentoring. You’ll receive general cues and motivation, but not individual programming.

Can I turn my camera off?

Yes. Camera on is optional. If you turn it on and feel comfortable, I may give quick cues or encouragement during the class when I'm able to.

What equipment do I need?

Elastic bands and dumbbells. After the quiz, you’ll know exactly what you need based on your level and goals.

What if I miss a live class?

If you choose the Live + Recorded option, you’ll have access to previous sessions and can train on your own schedule.

Are these classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, as long as you pass the eligibility quiz. The classes are structured and scalable, but you should already feel comfortable with basic movement.

How long are the classes?

Each class lasts approximately 55 minutes.

When are the live classes?

Classes will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
The exact time will be confirmed based on feedback from the community, so it fits as many schedules as possible.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes. You can upgrade from live-only to live + recorded if you need more flexibility.

What if I want something more personalized?

If you feel you need individual guidance for your pain, goals, or limitations, MOVE 2 IMPROVE mentoring is the next step.
