This is how the Move 2 Improve Mentoring works

Is this right for me if I am in pain or returning from injury?

Yes. I design your plan around your diagnosis, phase of recovery, daily limitations and final goals. We start with most comfortable angle of range of motions, build confidence, then strength.

What if I am scared I will make it worse?

We remove guesswork. I set guided and safe angles, ranges, tempo, type of technique. If something pinches, we change the angle or the exercise, not your goals. 16 years experience physiotherapist helping people with limitations, I created my method blending physiotherapy techniques, pilates and strength treaining. Safe and efficient.

I am very busy. Can this still work?

Yes. We match sessions to your real schedule. Short, focused training beats perfect plans you can follow. We target efficiency, making the best exercises for your case, in the best way, within the time you have available. I do everything for you, just not your part.

I do not have equipment. Can I start?

Yes. You can begin with bodyweight and simple items at home. With minimum equipment like a set of elastic bands already brings a lot of possibilities. If you add more types of bands and/or dumbbells later, I evolve the workout for the next cycle. Just rememeber that to get stronger we need challenge.

Can I keep my sport or gym routine?

Yes. We adapt your sport or gym work so you can stay active while you progress. Keeping my guidelines besides your sport/activity will keep you more functional and will for sure improve your performance
